A Bit About Me

I launched Scholastic Media in early 2024 not only as an outlet for myself and other aspiring journalists, but also as a platform to highlight some of the spectacular student athletes across the Valley and beyond. Jacob has operated the video and scoreboards at Scottsdale Stadium for the San Francisco Giants during Spring Training for the past three consecutive seasons and is looking forward to his fourth in 2025!

Jacob spent the summer of 2024 in Atlanta, GA with the Sunbelt Collegiate Baseball League as the sole PxP broadcaster of the Atlanta Blues! All games hosted on Sidearm Sports and the Sunbelt Radio Network.

Jacob spent his 2022-23 academic year interning with the Varsity Sports Show, which has gained recognition and attention across the valley for its high school and college broadcasts and accompanying weekly radio show on KDUS AM 1060.
