Work

Newscasts

At Cronkite News, I served as a Wednesday anchor, delivering live broadcasts that covered top sports and news stories across Arizona. This role strengthened my on-camera presence, editorial judgment, and ability to lead a professional newsroom environment under deadline.

Play-by-Play

Play-by-play broadcasting has been at the heart of my journalism journey. I have a deep passion for capturing the energy, emotion, and rhythm of live sports through my voice. Whether it's baseball, basketball, or beyond, I thrive on calling games in real time—connecting fans to the action and telling the story as it unfolds.

Packages

As a multimedia journalist for Cronkite News, I produced broadcast news packages that included writing scripts, conducting interviews, filming, and editing. My work focused on sports and community stories across Arizona, with an emphasis on clear storytelling, visual composition, and deadline-driven reporting.

Articles and Radio

During my time at KJZZ, Phoenix’s NPR affiliate, I worked as a reporting intern covering stories across the Valley. I wrote digital articles and voiced radio stories for air, gaining hands-on experience in public radio journalism. From local events to feature stories, I learned how to craft concise, compelling content for both web and audio platforms while working in a fast-paced newsroom.
